Best Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan
In a jar, dissolve Dijon, salt and pepper in vinegar.

Add olive oil and parmesan and shake well.

Do not refrigerate.
