White Basalmic Vinegrette

  • 1/2 c. white basalmic vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbls. minced shallots
  • 2 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. olive oil
Mix all but oil in a blender.

Add oil slowly until dressing emulsifies. Store in refrigerator.
