Orange Dressing

  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp orange zest
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • We like this served over bibb lettuce, red onion, red pepper, pecans, avacados, and orange segments
Dissolve salt in vinegar. Add zest, juice, and pepper. Whisk, while slowly adding olive oil.
