White Basalmic Vinegrette

Instructions
1/2 c. white basalmic vinegar
1 egg
2 tbls. minced shallots
2 tsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. olive oil
Mix all but oil in a blender.
Add oil slowly until dressing emulsifies. Store in refrigerator.
