Dee's Vinegrette

  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3 tbls. of grated parmesan
  • 2 tsp. whole grain coarse mustard
  • 1 tsp. worchestershire
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 tbls. olive oil
Mix lemon juice, parmesan, mustard, worchestershire, garlic, salt and pepper in a small jar. Shake until well blended. Add olive oil. Shake well. Do not refrigerate.
