- 2 tbls. vinegar (red wine, basalmic, white basalmic)
- 1 clove garlic or shallot, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 tbls. olive oil
- fresh lemon, optional
| Disolve salt in vinegar. Add all ingredients except olive oil. While whisking, slowly drizzle in olive oil. |
