Pecan Pie

  • 1 cup dark Karo corn syrup
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbls. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbls. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. pecans
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie crust
Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes.
