Pie Crust

  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 tbls. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/3 c. Crisco
  • 1 tbls. cider vinegar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup water or milk
Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and Crisco. Combine vinegar, egg and water. Mix all together. Chill for 1/2 hour. Makes 5 crusts. Can form into individual balls and freeze.
