Sesame Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless/skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbls old style whole grain dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped or grated
  • 1 1/2 tbls sesame oil
  • 1/2 tbls red pepper flakes
Marinate chicken for 15 minutes.

Pan fry for 4 - 5 minutes on each side or until cooked.

Add the rest of the marinade and let thicken

Serve over jasmine rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Can cut the chicken into pieces before marinating.
