Grilled Sesame Chicken

  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tbls. dry mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 tbls. sesame seeds
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1-2 tbls. freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
  • 2 whole chickens, quartered
Combine all marinade ingredients. Pour over chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours. Remove chicken, reserving marinade. Grill over coals, until chicken is cooked, basting often with marinade.
