Chicken Noodle Casserole I

  • 4 oz. cooked noodles
  • 2 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 pkg. frozen cut asparagus, thawed, (optional)
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can mushrooms
Mix all ingredients together except cheese and pour into a butter 9 x 13 casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
