Potato Chip Cookies

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. crushed potato chips
  • 2 c. butterscotch chips
Cream together butter and brown and white sugars. Add vanilla and eggs. Mix well. Add flour and baking soda. When mixed together, stir in potato chips and butterscotch chips. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
