Mongolian Beef

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbls hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbls sesame oil
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbls minced garlic
  • 1 tbls red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb. sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbls peaut oil
  • 2 large green onions
  • any stir fry vegetables
Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Toss beef with marinade, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Heat peanut oil in a wok or large, nonstick skillet over hight heat. Add the vegetables and cook for 5 - 8 minutes. Add beef and stir until the beef is cooked, about 4 minutes.
