Veal Piccata

  • 1 lb. veal slices, 1/4 inch thick
  • 2 tbls. butter
  • 1/3 c. dry white wine
  • 1 tbls. lemon juice
  • chopped parsley
In large skillet over medium heat, brown veal in butter. Add wine and lemon juice; simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until tender. Serve with parsley. Serves 4.
