Marinated Pork Tenderloin I

  • 2 lbs. port tenderloin
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 medium onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. crushed basil leaves
  • 1 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • 3 tbls. soy sauce
  • 2 tbls. salad oil
Combine all ingredients except pork and process in food processor or blender until well mixed. Pour over meat and marinate for 1 hour or overnight. Grill over hot coals.
