- 1/2 c. peanut oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1 tbls. dark sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. hoisin sauce
- 1/2 c. rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. hot chili oil (optional)
- 4 whole green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbls. minced ginger root
- 4 lb. pork tenderloin
| Combine all ingredients except pork. Marinate several hours or overnight. Grill. |
