Bloody Marys

  • 1 bottle Clamato juice
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 tlbs. Worchestershire
  • 1 tbls. Horseradish
  • 1 tbls. Lemon Juice
Mix all. Refirgerate. Will last for weeks.

Daiquiris

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. frozen strawberries or 1 ripe banana
  • 1 oz. dark rum
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. strawberry or banana liqueur
  • 1 tbls. sugar
  • mint leaves, lime slices, berries for garnish
Combine fruit, liqueur, rum, sugar and lemon juice with 1 scoop of crushed ice in blender. Mix well adding crushed ice until blender is full.

Donna's Margaritas

  • 1 can frozen limeade (6 oz.)
  • 6 oz. tequilla
  • 3 oz. triple sec
  • 2 oz. beer
Mix all in blender. Add ice gradually until slushy. Can use 1 egg white instead of the beer.

Pina Colada

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Coco Lopez (canned coconut milk)
  • 4 oz. pineapple juice
  • 3 oz. vodka
  • 1 large glass ice cubes
Mix all in blender. Serve over ½ glass of ice.

Sangria

Red Sangria

  • 1 bottle red wine (we use Apothic)
  • 20 oz. diet sprite or 7up
  • 12 - 16 oz. lemonade
  • 8 sliced strawberries
  • 10 pitted bing cherries
  • 1 plum
  • juice of one orange
  • 1 orange sliced
  • raspberries

White Sangria

  • 1 bottle while wine ( we used Clos du Bois)
  • 20oz diet sprite or 7up
  • 12 - 16 oz. lemonade
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 12 pitted bing cherries
  • 2 peaches, peeled and cut into pieces
Mix all. Refrigerate overnight. Use can use any fruit you have.

Spiced Hot Juice

  • 1/2 can whole allspice
  • 1/2 can cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 can whole cloves
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 2 quarts cranberry juice
  • 2 large cans pineapple juice

Smaller Serving

  • 1/4 can whole allspice
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4 cup whole cloves
  • 4 six oz cans pinapple juice
  • 2 10 bottles cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup water
Put allspice, cloves, cinnamon and brown sugar in basket of 30 cup coffee pot. Mix remaining ingredients together and perk.

Can reuse spice mixture. Makes 30 cups.

Summer Breeze

  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup grapefruit juice
  • 2 oz gin
In a large glass combine the pineapple juice, grapefruit juice, and gin. Add ice. Can add a splash of seltzer. Garnish with mint leaves.
