Crab Quiche

  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbls. flour
  • 1 small can crab meat
  • 8-10 oz. swiss cheese,grated
  • 1/4 onion, grated
  • deep dish pie shell
Thoroughly combine eggs, flour, mayo and milk. Add all and pour into deep dish pie shell. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
