Stir Fry Sauce

  • 3 tbls. dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. ginger, fresh (use less if using ground)
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. sherry
  • 1 tbls. Worcestershire
  • 1/4 tsp. tobasco
  • 3 tbls. red wine
  • 2 1/2 c. chicken or beef broth
Combine all but broth in blender until smooth. Pour into jar, add broth and shake. Can store in refrigerator for up to two weeks. Shake before using or freeze in one cup portions.
