Hot Sweet Mustard

  • 1 c. dry mustard
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
Mix mustard and vinegar and let stand for 2 hours. Add all and heat in a double boiler, stirring often, until thickens (10 - 15 minutes). Mustard will thicken more when it cools.
