Sweet And Sour Cabbage

  • 1 head red cabbage
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. basalmic vinegar
Slice cabbage into shreds. Bring large pot of water to boil. Add cabbage and cook till tender crisp (about 8 minutes). Drain. Sprinkle sugar over cabbage and add vinegar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
