Spinach Or Broccoli Souffle

Ingredients	Instructions
8 eggs, well beaten 2 – 10 oz. pkgs. frozen spinach or broccoli, drained 1 tsp. garlic salt 2 tbls. dried minced onion 2 - 16 oz. cartons cottage cheese 4 c. mild cheddar cheese, shredded 6 tbls. flour 1/2 tsp. salt	Mix well in blender. Pour into a 9 x 13 casserole and bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
