Lemon Green Beans

1 lb. trimmed green beans
Zest of 1 lemon
1 1/2 tbls. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbls olive oil
3/4 tsp.salt
pepper
Cook green beans in salted boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain, return to pan, and remove from heat. Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper. Serve sprinkled with lemon peel.
