Carrots With Glaze

  • 1 large bunch carrots, cut julienne
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 1 tbls. butter
  • 1 tbls. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 tsp. grated orange rind
Cook carrots in boiling water until just crisp-tender. Drain. Add all ingredients and stir and heat through.
