Carrots With Glaze
Ingredients
Instructions
1 large bunch carrots, cut julienne
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 tbls. butter
1 tbls. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
Cook carrots in boiling water until just crisp-tender. Drain. Add all ingredients and stir and heat through.
