Spinach Or Broccoli Souffle

  • 8 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 – 10 oz. pkgs. frozen spinach or broccoli, drained
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 tbls. dried minced onion
  • 2 - 16 oz. cartons cottage cheese
  • 4 c. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 tbls. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
Mix well in blender. Pour into a 9 x 13 casserole and bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
