- 8 eggs, well beaten
- 2 – 10 oz. pkgs. frozen spinach or broccoli, drained
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tbls. dried minced onion
- 2 - 16 oz. cartons cottage cheese
- 4 c. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 tbls. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
| Mix well in blender. Pour into a 9 x 13 casserole and bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
