Cucumber and Onions

Ingredients

Instructions

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 c white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • black pepper
Thinly slice cucumbers
Thinly slice onion

Sprinkle cucumbers with some salt and let set for one hour. Drain and rinse well.

Mix all. Marinate cucumbers and onions for one hour before serving,
