Instructions
1 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
s/p
4 shallots, sliced crosswise
2 English cucumbers, sliced
Whisk vinegar and salt until salt is dissolved.
Mix all and refrigerate overnight. Will last for weeks.
