Kate's Pasta Salad

Salad

  • 1/2 lb. fettuccini
  • 1/2 lb. green fettuccini
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, shredded

Dressing

  • 2 c. mayo
  • 3/4 c. grated parmesan
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
Cook the fettuccini until just done. Cool immediately in cold water. Drain well. Mix dressing ingredients. Toss with pasta and vegetables. Refrigerate several hours.
