Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

Instructions

  • 3 lbs. shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked
  • 2 cans water chestnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 3 green onions, minced

Dressing

  • 1 1/4 c. Hellman’s mayo
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 3 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 6 drops tobasco
Mix dressing ingredients and blend with a whisk. Add as much dressing as needed to shrimp mixture. Chill well. Serve on Boston lettuce with avocado slices.
