Kate's Chicken Oriental Salad

Salad

  • 1/4 c. sesame seeds
  • 1/4 c. slivered almonds
  • 6 cooked chicken breasts, cut up
  • green onions
  • mixed greens
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1 can mandarin oranges

Dressing

  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1/4 c. peanut oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbls. sesame oil

Make dressing. Mix salad ingredients and toss with dressing. Serve immediately. Can serve with fried won ton wrappers or Chinese noodles.
