Shrimp Salad
Ingredients

3 lbs. shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked
2 cans water chestnuts, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
3 green onions, minced
Dressing
1 1/4 c. Hellman’s mayo
1 tsp. mustard
3 tsp. Worcestershire
6 drops tobasco
Mix dressing ingredients and blend with a whisk. Add as much dressing as needed to shrimp mixture. Chill well. Serve on Boston lettuce with avocado slices.
