Salad- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- 6 cooked chicken breasts, cut up
- green onions
- mixed greens
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1 can mandarin oranges
Dressing- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. peanut oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbls. sesame oil

Make dressing. Mix salad ingredients and toss with dressing. Serve immediately. Can serve with fried won ton wrappers or Chinese noodles.
