Salad- 2 lb. spinach
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/4 c. cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 1 c. green grapes, halved
- 1 c. fresh strawberries, halved
- sliced avocado, optional
Dressing- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/2 medium onion, grated
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
| Blend dressing ingredients well with a wire whisk. Toss with salad ingredients. Will only use part of the dressing. Keep remainder refrigerated.
