Dressing- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 tbls. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. beef bouillon granules
- 3 tbls. white wine vinegar
- 1 tbls. reserved mandarin orange juice
- 1/2 c. olive oil
Salad- 1/2 c. dried cranberries
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions
- 1/3 c. salted sunflower seeds
- 1/3 c. toasted sliced almonds
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 2 – 10 oz. pkgs. mixed greens
| In a blender, dissolve salt, pepper, sugar, basil, and beef bouillon granules in vinegar and mandarin orange juice. With the machine running, slowly drizzle in olive oil. Refrigerate.
Gently toss dressing with greens and remaining ingredients.
