Angel Hair With Shrimp And White Wine

  • 2 oz angel hair
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tabls. cold butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • dash red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 lb. large shrimp, peeled and
  • deveined
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 serving
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dentee.

Meaanwhile, in a small nonstck skillet, melt one tabls butter over medium heat. Add garlic and dash of red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant, about one minute. Raise heat to medium high, add wine. Cook until reduced by 1/3, about one minute. Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper, cook unitl opaque throughout, 1 -2 minutes. Remove skillet from heat; swirl in lemon juice and remaining butter. Add pasta and toss to combine.
