Carmel Corn

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 c. popped pop corn
Boil first four ingredients for five minutes. Pour over popcorn (can used bagged - I used Vics). Toss well. Pour onto 2 buttered pans with sides or a roaster. Bake at 200 for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Pour onto wax paper to cool. Break into pieces. Store in an air tight container
