Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Crust

  • 1 c. crushed Oreo cookies (12)
  • 3 tbls. butter, melted

Filling

  • 3-8 oz. pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Heat oven to 350. Mix crumbs and butter; press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chips and vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake 45 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing from pan. Refrigerate.
