Christie's Mexican Dip

Ingredients

Instructions

  • 3 11 oz cans mexi-corn
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 4.5 oz cans chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 6 oz jar chopped jalapenos
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 lb. sharp chedddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Can be served warm or cold. We like it cold
