Instructions

  • 1-16 oz. can shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1-16 oz. black eyed peas, drained
  • 1-16 oz. black beans, drained
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 12 oz. italian dressing
Mix all and refrigerate. Serve with doritos or fritos.
