Nacho Chicken Cheese Spread

  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Monterey
  • Jack cheese
  • 1 tbls. packaged taco seasoning
  • 4 oz. can chopped green chilis
  • Cornbread crackers
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup black beans (optional)
Mix, cheese, chicken, sour cream and seasoning mix. Stir in corn, chilis and black beans. cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Garnish with corn or jalepenos. Serve with Keebler cornbread crackers.
