Boboli Extravaganza

  • 1 large Boboli bread
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. parsley, minced
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (12 oz) black olives, sliced
  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, cut in small pieces
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) imitation crab, cut in small pieces
Combine all ingredients except boboli. Warm the bread for 5 minutes in a 250 oven. Spread mixture on bread and broil for 3-4 minutes until cheese melts.
