- 3 11 oz cans mexi-corn
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 2 4.5 oz cans chopped green chilies
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp pepper
- 6 oz jar chopped jalapenos
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 lb. sharp chedddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp garlic
| Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Can be served warm or cold. We like it cold |
