Hot Crab Dip

  • 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. mayo
  • 6 oz. crab meat
  • 10 scallions, finely chopped
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 4-6 drops Tabasco sauce
  • salt to taste
Combine all ingredients. Keep warm in a chafing dish. Serve with crackers.
