- 1 can crabmeat, drained
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1 plum tomato, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. finely grated lemon rind, yellow part only
- 1/4 c. mayo
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (short)
- 1 cucumber, stripped and sliced 1/4 inch thick
| Combine all ingredients except cucumber. Chill for 1 hour to blend flavors. Sprinkle cucumber slices with salt and pepper. Mound about 1 1/2 tsp. of crab salad on each slice. |
