- 1 large Boboli bread
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1 tsp. dried dill weed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. parsley, minced
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 c. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can (12 oz) black olives, sliced
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, cut in small pieces
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) imitation crab, cut in small pieces
| Combine all ingredients except boboli. Warm the bread for 5 minutes in a 250 oven. Spread mixture on bread and broil for 3-4 minutes until cheese melts. |
